Pregnant & Fit

At 26, soon to be married and in the best shape of my life my loving partner and now husband and I became pregnant! I was and still am beyond blessed and happy but a small part of me mourned the up coming loss of my healthy fit body I worked years to achieve. I have now realized there was no need to mourn because you can be fit, active and pregnant! I still lift weights, bike and do yoga. I had to take things down a notch but it works well for my body at the moment :) I’m 18 weeks along and have the cutest potbelly to go with my toned body. Love your body no matter your situation.
