On this rainy day in Canada I did a serious workout.
- ~20 minutes of spin
- ~10 minutes of arms
- ~10 minutes of abs
- and I topped it all off with a lovely yoga cool down. What was your workout today?

@laurengleisberg: FLEX FRIDAY!!!!💪I am pretty good at sticking to my diet, but I will admit that throughout the week I occasionally have a bite of the burger my boyfriend is eating or the occasional piece of candy a professor hands out. While these small items are not going to make or break you, mentally it may affect you, leading to cravings or binges! This week I stuck to my diet 100% & resisted all temptations…even just one week pays off! Do you all have fitness partners? My boyfriend is the best gym buddy - he keeps me motivated, ensures I’m using proper form, and always helps me see things from a different perspective. My girl @eprokopets and I begin texting at 8am until SHE falls asleep first😉 While we live states apart, it helps to have someone to share fun fitness ideas with, exchange recipes, provide advice to each other and we’ve even mastered keeping each other from cheating on our diets! Whether your fitness parter is at the gym or someone you can simply talk to in order to make the journey fun & exciting, surrounding yourself with positive people like these two is essential to success!
